About the role

Kondalilla Eco Resort is seeking a casual Housekeeper to join our team in Flaxton, Queensland. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas and other assigned spaces to the highest standard
• Replenishing linens, toiletries and other room amenities
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to our guests

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry throughout the day
