Fugazzi Bar and Dining Room is currently looking for the industry’s finest Bartenders in a casual capacity to join our growing team to deliver a sense of sophisticated old-school style of hospitality experience for our guests. The perfect applicant will have experience in a high–end bar or Restaurant environment, a strong passion, and knowledge of cocktails, beverage production, and product knowledge as well as excellent customer service skills.

The Role

Job description

• 2+ Years experience behind a similar style bar
• Experience in running a bar floor section
• Demonstrated excellence and experience in customer service
• Good time management and ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production
• Strong spirit/ cocktail-based product knowledge
• Taking and processing orders
• Ability to run food, carrying three plates
• Wine and beverage service
• RSA (Responsible service of alcohol)
