About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team at Lilydale Hyundai, GWM & LDV in Melbourne, VIC. As a full-time Dealership Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the service department.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist customers with their service needs in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for required repairs and maintenance
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments to ensure efficient workflow
• Liaise with technicians to ensure customer vehicles are repaired to the highest standards
• Process customer payments and handle all related administrative tasks
• Maintain detailed records and provide detailed reporting as required
• Proactively identify additional service and sales opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service department

What we're looking for

• Experience would be great, however, we want to work with the right person for us!
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
