Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to work on diverse, high-quality residential projects?

We're seeking a Site Manager to oversee two exciting projects:
✔ A 4-townhouse development on a tight site in Yeronga
✔ A large, high-end custom home in Wynnum

This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work with an industry-leading builder known for delivering high-end residential projects to the highest standard.

About the Role:

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end construction of both projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing trades and subcontractors across both sites
✔ Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants
✔ Ensuring projects run on time and within budget
✔ Overseeing compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
✔ Problem-solving on a tight site and a large-scale custom home

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in managing custom homes and townhouse projects
✅ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience working on tight sites with limited access
✅ Current QBCC Site Supervisor License
