About The Role & Ideal Candidate

Seeking Truck Driver/Offsider to assist deliver new furniture. Based in Archerfield, Brisbane, we deliver across all regions between Sunshine Coast and Byron Bay.

• Available for 4-5 days of work each week (30 - 40 hours). Our deliveries are generally scheduled between Monday - Friday, with a 5am start.
• Daily duties include assisting with liasing with clients, planning schedules and routes, packing the truck to ensure the safety of our stock during transit, delivering to showrooms and private homes plus the occasional assembly/installation for clients.
• As this is an end-customer facing position, we ask that applicants be well-presented and capable of interacting with clients in a way the reflects positively on the business.
• For the right candidate seeking more hours, there is potential to pick up weekend event work with our sister business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any experience driving car-licence trucks will be considered very beneficial. All applicants must have an Open Drivers Licence.
• Able to lift large furniture items.
• Any experience in the events industry, especially rigging and/or welding, will be highly regarded.
