About the Role

Position: FIFO Sales Representative

• Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off (flights and accommodation on us).

1. Entry-Level Sales Rep – Master the art of closing deals.
2. Senior Sales Agent – Earn uncapped commissions and sharpen your leadership skills.
3. Senior Trainer – Step up as a coach and mentor.
4. Team Leader – Manage your own team of five.
5. Executive Manager – Manage a team of ten and handle backend operations.
6. Campaign Manager – Run the show, leading campaigns with full ownership.

Do You Fit the Bill?

• 18+ with full working rights in Australia.
• Lives in Brisbane - Our office is Brisbane based.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, but not essential.
• Confident, competitive, and ready to commit to a 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO schedule (no exceptions).
• Professional-level English communication skills.
