The opportunity
Harrisons at Home is seeking an experienced Curtains and Blinds Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our network of franchised mobile showrooms, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of franchised showrooms, providing guidance, training and mentoring to franchise owners and their teams
- Monitor sales, customer satisfaction and other key performance metrics across the franchise network, and work with franchise owners to implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Assist franchise owners with operational and administrative tasks, including inventory management, marketing campaigns and compliance requirements
- Identify new franchise opportunities and assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new franchise owners
- Collaborate with the broader Harrisons at Home team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives, policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Harrisons at Home
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in a sales, retail or franchise management role, must have experience within the home furnishings or interior design industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchise owners and customers
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Passion for the home furnishings industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
