About the role
Applications are now open for a Full-Time Service Manager at Multicap. Working on-site at our Capalaba office, you'll oversee operational teams and ensure our services align with customer needs in our Supported Independent Living (SILs), In-Home Supports, Community Access, Youth Experience Program and Day Services.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Service Manager or someone looking to advance their career, as you’ll be managing services across Southeast Queensland. You will be supported by a fantastic team of managers that share your dedication and passion for disability services.
About You
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team to deliver quality, person-centred services.
- Assist with staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Assist with developing Person-Centred Plans within a positive behaviour framework.
- Bring a deep understanding of legislation, compliance, and safe work practices.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
- Build external partnerships and drive customer engagement through networking.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- A Working with Children Check.
- Management experience in the disability sector (preferred).
- Relevant qualifications in human services or equivalent (desirable).
