The ATO Graduate Program
We have hundreds of positions available across the country for graduates of Data, IT, Law, Accounting, Commerce, Design, HR, Communications and more. No matter your degree, there’s a role for you.

What you'll achieve
After completing our Graduate Program, you'll have:
- promotion to the APS 4 level
- a salary of $84,028 plus 15.4% super
- the potential to earn up to $91,199 plus 15.4% super, as an APS4 officer
- the opportunity for further study and qualifications, with potential tuition assistance available in some cases.

Eligibility
You can apply for our Graduate Program if you are an Australian citizen and either:
- completed your university degree within the last 5 years (1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025)
- are in your final year of study.
Position locations
We have offices in almost every state and territory, including regional areas.
Positions are available in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill, Brisbane, Canberra, Dandenong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, and Wollongong.
