• Other Commercial Builds builds between $20m - $80m

THE ROLE

• Being the on-site coordinator and go-to person getting things organised. This could be anything from ordering a water cart for the day, or letting a small package sub contractor on-the-go.
• Support the office based Contracts Administrator with their vetting of subbies and processing claims.
• Entering all information in to Procore, Hammertech & Jobpac.
• Overseeing document control throughout the project.
• Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager across all construction phases, particularly design
• Ensuring all construction activities align with Company procedures, policies, WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act, and relevant Codes of Practice.
• Adhering to timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the MMS to effectively guide and educate others.
• Compiling required deliverables for practical completion.
• Managing project closure and document archiving.

YOU

• Experience in working for a Tier 2 or 3 commercial builder as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer delivering on medium to large scale commercial projects.
• Local experience (Australia / Brisbane) is essential
• Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish.
• Degree or qualification related to building and construction.
• Understanding of construction software and the ability to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
