About the role

Become part of the 2WGC team as a full-time Domestic Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional home care. The position offers a stable work environment with a consistent schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and maintain clients' homes, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and tidying
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as bathroom and kitchen cleaning, window washing, and laundry
• Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and healthy environment for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and properly stored

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a domestic cleaning or hospitality role, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete tasks within allocated timeframes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the wellbeing of others
• Reliable and punctual, with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• You will need your OWN CAR - not bikes or scooters
• Willing to work with your ABN (we can help you get one if you need to)
• Able to work Monday - Fridays 8am till 5pm (no school hours, min 3 days per week)
