We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Solar & Battery System Installation Assistant. This role will involve assisting in the installation of solar systems and battery storage across various sites in South East Melbourne. You will work closely with our experienced electricians and apprentices to ensure the efficient and safe installation of high-quality solar solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and setup of solar panels and battery systems
• Follow safety protocols and procedures on-site
• Help with equipment setup, handling, and transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure that all work meets company standards and client specifications
• Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Current driver’s license (manual preferred)
• Valid Working at Heights card
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Previous experience in construction or electrical fields is a plus, but not essential
