About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join this dynamic and growing consultancy. You will take ownership of major projects, leading teams and managing key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex construction developments. This role is ideal for a senior project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value construction projects across multiple sectors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met while maintaining excellent relationships.
• Oversee project teams, managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
• Drive best practices in project management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Engage with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

About You:

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management, ideally in a client-side consultancy.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of project planning, risk management, and financial control.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
