About the role

Hometown Beauty Co Pty Ltd is seeking qualified part-time Hairdressers to join our team in Gorokan, NSW 2263. As a Qualified Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair care services to our valued clients in a friendly and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired look
• Perform a range of hair services such as cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
• Maintain a clean and organised work station
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management and product ordering as required

What we're looking for

• Qualified Hairdresser with a relevant Certificate III or equivalent
• Strong technical hairdressing skills and an eye for detail
• Exceptional customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Team player with a positive, friendly and professional attitude
