About the role

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurant
• Lead and inspire a team of wait staff and other restaurant personnel to deliver outstanding customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive increased revenue and profitability for the restaurant
• Liaise with the hotel's management team to ensure the restaurant's offerings align with the overall brand and guest experience
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, taking corrective action as needed
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture within the restaurant team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control and revenue optimisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations in the hospitality industry
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience
