About the Role
As an Operations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing bookings, handling client queries, and organising itineraries to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences.
These roles require:

• Providing comprehensive travel planning and booking services to our valued customers
• Assisting our sales team with client inquiries, proposals, and booking confirmations
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all travel arrangements
• Resolving any customer issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional travel experiences
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
• The ability to work a rotating roster, including weekend shifts, within our operating hours of 7 AM to 7 PM

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a travel operations or customer service role
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and understanding of the inbound travel market .
• Passionate about the travel industry and delivering outstanding customer service
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
• Fluency in multiple Indian dialects (preferred for the permanent late shift role)
