Join our clients team in a reputable private practice that has been established for over 15 years to deliver specialised paediatric therapy to clients with a range of presentations and issues such as anxiety, ASD, ADHD, bullying and education issues including Dyslexia.

Bonuses of this role:

• Earn a competitive salary of between $90k-$105k per annum plus superannuation.
• Receive administration support such as booking, rescheduling of appointments is provided to you as a Psychologist.
• Work amongst a experienced team of allied health professionals including Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.
• Fully furnished and well-resourced office, located in Lalor and close to public transport.
• Work with a paediatric caseload presenting with a range of conditions including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, behaviour problems and children with ASD, Autism and ADHD.
• Full time hours available, work 4-5 days per week if desired!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional therapeutic services, including counselling and assessment to clients through either Medicare, NDIS or private referrals depending on your preference.
• Maintaining relationships and correspondence with referring doctors and other allied health practitioners.
• Upkeep of case notes, file management and the upholding of all required legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience working with paediatric and adolescent clients
• AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
• Experience conducting ASD assessments and therapy is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided if you have a willingness to learn
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Eligible to obtain Medicare provider numbers
