CG Recruitment are currently experiencing significant growth and to ensure we can meet demand; we are recruiting for a Recruitment Receptionist and Resourcer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your previous experience to a role that will focus on all behind the scenes tasks. You will work alongside an experienced team of recruitment consultants and management team while helping to manage the recruitment opportunities within our organisation. The role would be suited to a motivated self-started who is proactive and able to work autonomously while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Admin Support: Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates, providing excellent customer service
  • Recruitment Resourcing: Assist recruitment agents by sourcing candidates, updating job boards, and managing candidate databases
  • HR & Administrative Tasks: Manage candidate documentation, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Customer-Facing Role: Ensure a positive and professional image for the company through strong communication and a welcoming environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in admin, HR, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to handling various tasks
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • MUST have full working rights in Australia
