ABOUT THE ROLE

Howard Porter is currently seeking an experienced Workshop / Trades Assistants for Immediate Start and predominantly assisting in the Plasma cutting area and the stores area.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE

• Assist on the plasma cutting machine
• Sorts out parts and pieces and preparing for jobs,
• Maintaining a clean local work area,
• Assisting in the stores in regards to the inwards, outwards and stock control of parts,
• May drive and operate fork truck.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The successful person should have the following:

• Be reliable and have a good work ethic,
• Positive, friendly and helpful attitude,
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures,
• Able to work in a team environment with the commitment to continuous improvement.
