About the role

This casual Housekeeper position at BIG4 Moama Holiday Park in Moama, NSW offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday park's accommodation and facilities, contributing to our guests' overall experience.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and prepare cabins and communal areas to the highest standard
• Restock and replenish supplies in cabins and common areas
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Collaborate with the wider housekeeping team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry (not mandatory)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently complete tasks
• Friendly, customer-service oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
