This large global group are a property owner and developer with billions of dollars in assets and a strong development pipeline. They use cutting-edge technology to provide innovative solutions and are continually growing both locally and overseas. With an experienced finance team in place they can provide great training opportunities and the chance to move into a variety of roles.

This is a new created role which will focus on their development pipeline:

• Feasibility modelling for new acquisitions and developments
• Ownership of the models for existing developments and updating them regularly to reflect budget changes and cost/design variations
• Project reporting and analysis
• Property data analysis including construction, vacancy, sales and leasing transactions
• Trend analysis and provisions of insights to the development team
• Assist in preparation of development appraisals and site analysis
• Assist in sales negotiations

Key Attributes:

• Degree qualified in finance or property economics or other relevant field
• 5+ years experience as an Analyst
• Experience in property development or construction
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Outstanding Excel skills
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
