With a number of iconic projects in NSW and QLD moving from award into delivery phase, our clients, consisting of Contractors and Client side entities, are desperate to engage professionals with either substantial Cost, Contracts Management and Commercial Management experience on projects in excess of CV$100m.

General Duties will include:

• Relationship Development with the client and/or Contractors
• Review of all relevant documentation with a view to protection of the company
• Provision of advice pertaining to any commercial or contractual matters
• Assessment of risk and advice to mitigate risk
• Engaging with relevant stakeholders
• Working within a high performing team

Roles Include:

1. Commercial Manager – GOC – Brisbane Based – 4 year engagement, reporting to the Commercial Director
2. Contracts Manager – GOC – Brisbane based – Corporate , reporting to the Commercial Director
3. Cost Engineer – Construction Contractor – FIFO – Central Western NSW – 3 year project, reporting to the Project Controls Manager, relocation highly regarded
4. Senior Cost Engineer – Construction Contractor – FIFO – Central Western NSW – 3 year project, reporting to the Project Controls Manager, relocation highly regarded
5. Commercial Manager – Construction Contractor – FIFO – Central Western NSW – 3 year project, reporting to the Project Controls Manager, relocation highly regarded
6. Contracts Manager – Construction Contractor – FIFO – Central Western NSW – 3 year project, reporting to the Project Controls Manager, relocation highly regarded
7. Senior Contracts Administrator – Construction Contractor – FIFO – Central Western NSW – 3 year project, reporting to the Project Controls Manager, relocation highly regarded
8. Contracts Manager – Construction Contractor – Northern NSW, 3 year duration, Transportation based role, reporting to the Programme Manager

Pertinent to these roles will be a Tertiary Qualification in Business, Engineering or Finance, Experience in with either a Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Contractor or in the case of the GOC’s, Client side experience.
