About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Senior Field Technician to provide operational and logistical support across multiple projects, ensuring safe and efficient field operations, including drills, remote camps, and site preparation. The role involves traveling to remote locations within Western Australia and coordinating logistics, overseeing operations, and working closely with the Project Operations Supervisor to support the exploration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics in dynamic field environments.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of remote field camps.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Community standards.
• Conduct asset inspections and manage their effective use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate resources and meet project priorities.
• Assist in coordinating project moves and logistical tasks.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong commitment to safety for yourself and your colleagues.
• C Class Driver’s License (HR or other high-risk licenses are a plus).
• Experience in remote field environments with diverse logistical challenges.
• Ability to assess project needs, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve on the go.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Beneficial Experience

• 4WD and towing experience.
• Forklift, Telescopic Handler experience.
• Previous experience working in remote areas.
