The Role
As their Boutique Supervisor, based in Melbourne Collins Street, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients seeking exquisite jewelry pieces. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and desires to offer personalized recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for showcasing the company's offerings, presenting detailed product information, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality is essential as you handle valuable and precious items. Your goal is to exceed client expectations, fostering long-term loyalty and establishing the company as a trusted destination for fine jewelry.

Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals, jewelry design, and craftsmanship is essential. Understanding the characteristics, quality, and value of different pieces allows you to provide accurate and valuable advice to clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to building strong relationships with clients. Active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand and anticipate client needs are vital in delivering personalized service.
  • A strong sales acumen, including the ability to upsell and cross-sell, is important. Negotiation skills can be beneficial for handling pricing discussions and closing sales effectively.
  • Retail and CRM Systems Experience: Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software can streamline client interactions, order management, and provide insights for targeted marketing efforts.
