We are looking for a leading hand carpenter to add some more on-the-ground experience to our already great team.

We are a well established design & construct building company that has been carrying out projects on the coast since 2016. We have a strong pipeline of work, and are currently booking projects into mid-late 2025.

Our main areas of work include custom new homes, high end large extensions & renovations, and light commercial fit outs including offices, restaurants, cafe's and industrial units.

With an office based in Coolum Beach, all of our projects are local to the Sunshine Coast, so no need for long days in the car.

Your role would include, but not be limited to:

• Leading other less experienced carpenters and apprentices on various residential projects
• Liaising with other trades, engineers, designers & clients as required for the successful completion of works
• Daily logs with company software to assist with smooth project timelines
• Working closely with our project manager and carpentry supervisor to meet timelines and achieve project goals
• Assisting with material take-offs as required
• Mentoring apprentices that are coming through by being a good example of a professional tradesman

A reliable trade vehicle and full set of tools is a must for this position.

This role would initially start as a PAYG casual wages position. After a successful trial period, a full-time position with holidays etc would be offered for the right fit, with company fuel card provided.
