Xtremecare Australia is an organisation responsible for delivering NDIS and Allied Health services to NDIS Participants, Health and Aged Care clients in regional and remote regions. We work collaboratively with the NDIA, Government Agencies, Community Stakeholders, Queensland Health and Queensland Education to ‘Close the Gap’ and improve remote disability and allied health services. As a valued team member, you will be supported daily and play an important role in supporting our Xtremecare teams and daily operations.
The NDIS Administration Officer is responsible for a range of administrative duties and will support our teams across the organisation. This role will be primarily focused on our NDIS client intake and maintaining of our current XCA Systems, whilst also contributing to our daily service delivery requirements and assisting not only our team but also attending to general enquiries from our NDIS participants, external NDIS service providers, NDIA and other relevant stakeholders. The role will also include finance duties which include Allied Health billing. The candidate who is successful in obtaining this position will receive training before commencing their role.
