THE ROLE
Thebarton Aquatic Centre is looking for Customer Care Officers to join us at our centre, located in Torrensville. At its core, Thebarton Aquatic Centre has a strong focus on educational outcomes, swimming lessons, delivery of community sporting club outcomes and recreational swimming.
Customer Care Officers are the face of our organisation, responsible for ensuring all members and guests receive the highest possible level of service. You will be the first and main point of contact for all facility members and guests.
You will be responsible for cash handling and POS, telephone operation, tours, program information, membership sales and enquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills will be challenged through the need to multi-task and problem solve, while always ensuring a positive customer experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- National Police Check (issued in the last 6 months)
- DHS Working With Children Check
- International Criminal History Record Check (if worked/lived overseas in the last 5 years)
- HLTAID009 Perform CPR or equivalent
Successful candidates will also need to be available over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
