Our client is looking for a Test Manager to manage a team of digital testers responsible for the quality assurance function across all customer-facing digital properties within the portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ongoing digital transformation program focused on completely refreshing and reimagining the digital platform over several years.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in Test Management role within the Capital Markets or Financial Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and services, including trading systems, portfolio management, compliance, and settlement processes.
• Expertise in testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, LoadRunner, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial software, trading platforms, and market data feeds.
• Experienced Test Manager with a background in leading the testing for industry[1]scale IT-driven change.
• Experience in leading the test function for digital teams with a good understanding of some of the unique challenges presented by high traffic web site
