We’re offering $40–$50 per hour (based on experience) with full-time flexibility—choose a 7, 8, or 9-day fortnight to fit your lifestyle. Plus, if you commute from Brisbane’s south or southwest, you’ll travel against traffic and enjoy off-street parking at our Eastern Heights location.

Roles and Responsibilities

As our new Practice Manager, you’ll orchestrate the smooth running of Grange Road Dental—overseeing the patient book, coordinating with dentists, and ensuring each appointment flows seamlessly. You’ll tackle inventory and ordering, maintain compliance, and step in with chairside duties as needed to support our clinicians.

You’ll also supervise and mentor our dental assistants and front-office staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Though you’ll have additional support for bookkeeping, you’ll still be involved in basic financial and administrative tasks—an ideal chance to broaden your management skill set.

Ultimately, your mission is to help us operate at the highest standard, so our patients always leave smiling.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• Proven background in a dental setting, ideally moving from dental assisting into a senior role

• Some leadership experience, whether in a formal manager position or a recognized team lead capacity

• Strong clinical knowledge of general dentistry protocols, infection control, and patient care

• Familiarity with scheduling software (experience in Zavi360 a bonus)

• Exposure to basic bookkeeping/administration (though in-depth proficiency is not essential)

• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to coordinate with dentists and mentor junior staff

• A passion for upholding a high-performance culture—you set the bar for accountability and service excellence
