This is a fast-paced and varied role that demands exceptional organisational and communication skills. You'll be the linchpin of their rental administration, managing the workflow of their virtual assistants and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Virtual Assistant Management: Overseeing and coordinating the tasks of the virtual assistant team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lease Renewals & Break Leases: Handling lease renewals and break leases, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
• New Tenancy Set-Ups: Ensuring new tenancies are set up correctly with all documentation completed accurately and promptly.
• Bond Management: Processing and managing bond transactions with precision and adherence to regulations.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, resolving queries and addressing concerns professionally.

About You:

• Proven experience in a real estate rental administration role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and oversee a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant property management software
• Experience managing remote teams or virtual assistants is highly regarded
