The Opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Adelaide. This role offers an exceptional pathway for career development in one of Australia's most rewarding industries.

What You'll Do

• Learn from industry experts to identify and engage with high-calibre candidates
• Build and nurture client relationships across Technology, Engineering, Finance and Admin sectors
• Use databases to uncover and engage with candidates
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews and reference checks
• Support the team with marketing, prospecting and business development activities
• Develop your personal brand and recruitment expertise

Who You Are

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated & coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Results-driven & focused team player
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, sales or account management experience is beneficial but not essential
