Position: Uniform Decoration Press Operator
Location: Scoresby 3179, Victoria
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain uniform heat-press machinery, including DTF (Direct-to-Film), printable heat transfer, and CAD-cut heat transfer methods.
• Prepare garments for pressing by positioning designs accurately.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper temperature, pressure, and time settings for optimal results.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring alignment, colour vibrancy, and durability.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Assist with cutting and weeding processes for heat transfer materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and manage workflow efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience with heat-press machinery (preferred but not essential—training can be provided).
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
