Searching for a remedial specialist, our client is an expert in repairing wear and tear, damage and modernising buildings to improve use, beauty and value. They are leaders in the field of remedial construction on projects valued from $1m- $20m.

With a strong customer base Sydney wide with the majority of works in the eastern suburbs, northern beaches and CBD, they deliver lasting and effective solutions that stand the test of time.

They are now looking for a Foreman to work on a diverse range of projects.

As the Foreman you will be responsible for:

• Engage, coordinate and manage trades
• 10/90 hands on and management
• Liaise with the client and monitor progress
• Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Resolve any problems on site

To be considered for the Foreman position you will require:

• A trade background in Carpentry, Waterproofing or Cladding
• Remedial experience mandatory
• Experience running sites in a hands on management
• Remedial experience preferred
• Be familiar with OHS practices and regulations
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skill
• A full driving licence
