About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated enrolled nurse to join our Aged Person's Mental Health Service community team. You will be visiting clients to administer and monitor medication, review risk and provide support to reduce impact of illness and enhance independence to our clients and carers in a variety of community and residential settings.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal, assessment care planning and case support skills. Previous experience in aged or community care and psychiatry is necessary. The position is generally office hours but with potential for rostered out of hours and weekend short shifts based on client need.
Classifications for this position will range from Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Level 3 PE 50 - PE53 ($75,826 - $80,880 per annum pro rata)

SVHM Mental Health service consists of a variety of inpatient, specialist and community programs and utilises a strengths/recovery orientated approach. The St Vincent's Older Adult Mental Health Service comprises community care via the Aged Psychiatry Assessment and Treatment Team (APATT) and Residential Support Team (RSP), inpatient care via Normanby Unit (20 bed acute mental health inpatient care) and continuing care via the Psychogeriatric Nursing Homes (PGNHs).

Your Contribution
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience including providing care for consumers with a serious mental illness and complex needs
- Strong understanding of evidenced based practice
- Current Victorian Driver's License and able to drive St Vincent's vehicles
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
