About the role

The Removalists are a furniture removalist service based in Sumner QLD 4074, and we are seeking an energetic, self-motivated and experienced driver/removalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient relocation of our clients' belongings.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully packing, loading, transporting and unloading client's furniture and possessions
• Utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques to move items safely and securely
• Providing exceptional customer service by being courteous, reliable and responsive to client needs
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the company's vehicles and storage facilities
• Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless removalist experience for our clients
• Driving one of our trucks (all trucks can be driven on a standard car license)

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Removalist or in a similar manual handling role is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A valid driver's license
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
