On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead EIG Engineer to drive innovative data solutions for customers across various industry verticals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and support future-ready data solutions tailored to industry needs.
  
• Design, implement, and manage batch and near real-time data flows/pipelines using industry-leading data integration/ETL tools.
  
• Leverage expertise in data architectures, modern data platforms, big data, ML/AI, analytics, cloud platforms, data governance, and information management.
  
• Develop and present Proof of Concepts and working demos.
  
• Work closely with internal and external consultants in consulting, workshops, and delivery engagements.
  
• Provide mentorship to junior IBM consultants and contribute to best practices.
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years of ETL development experience using Informatica PowerCentre, with at least 5 years in a Lead Engineer role delivering ETL solutions in a large banking environment.
  
• Strong understanding of industry best practices, design patterns, and innovative technical solutions.
  
• Experience with near real-time data flows/pipelines and distributed streaming applications.
  
• Hands-on experience in traditional ETL, data warehousing, and BI solutions.
  
• Proficiency in SQL, shell scripting, and other programming/scripting languages.
  
• Ability to coordinate with Solution Designers, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth Agile production releases.
  
• Proven track record in managing and leading large-scale, complex banking projects and distributed teams.
  
• Expertise in DevOps methodologies and tools.
  

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering fields.
  
• One or more industry-recognized technology certifications or badges
