Your Role

As a Fibre Hauling Labourer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing Rod & Rope tasks and pulling fibre optic cables.
• Gaining knowledge of and following the DCAF Process.
• Adhering to company and customer standards to ensure quality and compliance.
• Being open to occasional travel, night work, and weekend shifts as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A valid White Card.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Reasonable physical fitness to meet job demands.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential)

If you have any of the following, it will be an advantage:

• MR truck licence
• Traffic Control Yellow Card
• First Aid Certificate
• Asbestos Awareness Certification
• Telstra Induction
