Are you a highly organised and proactive Personal/Administrative Assistant looking for a stable and rewarding role in the property development industry? We are a growing property company seeking an organised, proactive individual to provide high-level administrative support to our director.
About the Role:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level administrative support to the director and the overall business;
Managing diaries, managing email, managing phone
Bookkeeping 1-2 days
Supporting office operations to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you will be someone who values stability and enjoys working in a supportive administrative position while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism. Our ideal candidate will have:
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset—able to anticipate needs and act independently.
Previous experience as an Assistant.
Experience in property development, real estate, or a related industry (preferred but not essential).
Great organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.
A team-oriented approach with the confidence to work autonomously when needed.
Professional presentation and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
