They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to take ownership of their accounting function and contribute to the company’s ongoing success. This role offers the opportunity to shape the accounting division and progress toward senior leadership.

About the opportunity
This is not your typical Accountant role. You must have a broad understanding of how property investment works and understand all the strategies behind it for wealth creation. This position heavily involves advising clients on property investment strategies, structuring financial plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will also oversee the company’s accounting function, ensuring compliance, providing expert advice and driving business growth through client engagement and strategic financial management. In this role, you will:

• Develop and oversee accounting systems and processes
• Contribute to financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational improvements
• Provide property accounting and tax advice to clients
• Conduct client consultations on all things property from structuring to tax minimisation
• Engage with prospective clients and close deals

About you
We are looking for a candidate with strong accounting expertise and a background in property investment, who is comfortable in front of people - advising clients daily and supporting business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• CPA qualification or equivalent
• Strong experience in property accounting and tax compliance
• Strong consulting and advisory skills
• Ability to sell and close deals with clients
• Experience in social media engagement for business growth
