Our client, an independent Federal Government entity focussed on helping the disability community is seeking a Test Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the Test Strategy, setting direction for the test engagements across projects
• Provide Test Governance and implement practices in line with industry best practices
• Provide vision and high-level technical guidance for automation processes and projects
• Determine, monitor, and improvise automation practice across the OCIO

Criteria:

• 15-20 years supervisory or management experience in leading testing activities in complex environments
• Demonstrable thought leadership in the Testing discipline, with an emphasis on Test Automation
• Has a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Software Automation, preferably in the design, development and implementation of automated tests, as well as the associated tools, frameworks and infrastructures
• Knowledge of testing in a Salesforce environment
