About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing enhancements and fixes within a complex Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will manage, maintain, and develop the system to support critical business processes. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Dynamics 365, is essential. You will also oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring business continuity and adapting to Microsoft’s scheduled releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to optimize system functionality.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365, including forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Integrate with external applications using RESTful APIs and OData.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for system security and performance.

Skills and Experiences:

• 5+ years’ experience developing customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
