Join our esteemed team at the Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (ASEME) based at our Latchford Barracks campus as we search for an outstanding individual to fill the role of Automotive Teacher. Your mission: to inspire and educate future automotive technicians within our innovative Vehicle Technology Wing.

As a vital member of our faculty, you'll craft engaging lesson plans, imparting invaluable knowledge across various competency units teaching students how to identify and fix issues within military vehicles. Selected Duties:

Deliver theory and practical lessons.

Preparation of courses.

Conduct teaching programs within Automotive related areas.

Customise units and courses to meet students’ needs.

Coordinate student’ resources.

Skills & Experience

Trade qualification in Automotive and relevant work experience.

Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.

Desirable: Current Teaching qualification (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment) in accordance with the Victorian TAFE Association, or willingness to obtain.
