Mason Refrigeration, Airconditioning & Electrical Services is a fast-growing company operating across Geelong, Ballarat, and Melbourne. Due to continued strong growth, we are seeking several experienced Airconditioning Installers to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

These full-time position's offer the chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career. We are open to candidates from Plumbing, Electrical, or Refrigeration trades, including 3rd and 4th-year apprentices.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding and experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry
• A Can-Do attitude with a positive outlook
• A well-presented appearance and work style
• Confidence in your skills and abilities
• Willingness to mentor, support and teach apprentices.

We encourage fourth-year apprentices to apply!

Essentials in this role:

• Current Victorian Plumbing Licence/Registration: Class Mechanical services – restricted to single-head split systems (mandatory for plumbers)
• Current Victorian Drivers License
• OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry (White Card)
• Current Victorian A-Grade License (only for electricians)
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children and Police Check
• RAC01 License (only for Refrigeration techs)
• Experience in Domestic Heating & Cooling.
