About Us

Locale Vegetation delivers specialised vegetation management work within regional Victoria. Locale is responsible for all assessment, trimming and removal of vegetation in proximity to both HV and LV powerlines.

Combination of mechanical fleet, experienced personnel and accredited management systems allows Locale to deliver an end-to-end service in complex conditions. Safety and quality standards are of paramount importance and are consistently adhered to.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate and maintain a range of elevated work platforms (EWPs).
• Conduct pre-start checks and ensure the EWP is in good working condition before use
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with loading and unloading EWPs from transport vehicles
• Provide support to construction crews working at height
• Maintain detailed logbooks and report any issues or incidents

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an EWP Operator in the construction industry
• Valid high-risk work license for EWP operation
• Strong knowledge of EWP safety features and operational procedures
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
