Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of audio-visual systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

• Installing, terminating, configuring, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment.

• Conducting fault finding on AV systems, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

• Working with control systems such as Crestron, AMX, and Q-SYS to ensure proper operation and integration.

• Providing comprehensive training and documentation for clients, ensuring they are confident in operating the installed AV systems.

• Supporting the delivery of projects on time and to specification by liaising with clients and third-party contractors as necessary.

• Contributing to the overall success of projects by collaborating with our team of engineers and technicians.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Audio DSP systems (Instal, programming and configuration) is essential.

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills for audio-visual systems.

• Proficiency in working with Crestron, AMX, and Q-SYS control systems.

• Excellent communication skills for client-facing documentation and training.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
