Your Role
In this high energy environment you’ll manage a high volume of calls from direct customers, brokers and authorised representatives. You’ll address general enquiries and concerns related to claims, resolve issues promptly, mitigate risks, and provide exceptional customer service interactions.

Your journey with IAG begins on April 7th, 2025, with a comprehensive five-week, office-based training program. Based in Dharug country (Parramatta), this permanent full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm
