About the role

Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people recover and maintain their health? We're looking for an exceptional Exercise Physiologist to join our dedicated team at the Geelong Rehabilitation Centre. This is a full-time role based in Belmont, Victoria, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver high-quality exercise rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
• Assess patients' physical, functional and exercise capacity, and develop personalised treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying programs as required
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure integrated, holistic patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercise, lifestyle and self-management strategies
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with professional and organisational standards

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent, with full ESSA accreditation
• Ideally 2+ years' experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Preferably with high experience within a clinical rehabilitation setting
• Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients
• Adaptable and patient-centred approach to deliver tailored, evidence-based care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
