About the Role
Are you a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Agent to join our Front Office team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, travel agents, and corporate clients, ensuring seamless booking experiences and personalised service. If you thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment and have a talent for organisation and communication, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments with accuracy
• Communicate guest special requests, including VIP arrangements, to relevant departments
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and complaints professionally
• Stay knowledgeable about room types, rates, and promotions, upselling where possible
• Support Group Reservations and Front Desk operations as needed

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in reservations, reception, or customer-facing hospitality roles
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A high standard of personal grooming and professional presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
