We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist with paediatric experience to join a supportive team in Alice Springs.

The role is for an ASAP start for 6-8 weeks.

You will provide high quality, clinically and culturally appropriate Speech Pathology services under minimal supervision within a multidisciplinary framework.

The ideal candidate will have experience with videofluoroscopic swallow study (VFSS), infant feeding and dysphagia.

Alice Springs Hospital is a 209 bed regional facility, providing services to a population of 33,000 of whom around 25% are indigenous.

Role Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology that meets membership eligibility requirements of Speech Pathology Australia
• Postgraduate experience in providing contemporary high level clinical Speech Pathology services to patients and families/carers
• Prior hospital experience preferred
