About the role
We are currently seeking a site based HSE Advisor to provide health, safety and environment support and advice for our long-term Road Maintenance contract in the Pilbara. The site HSE Advisor will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for.

• Assisting with the implementation of the company’s HSE Management System
• Deliver onsite training and ensuring adherence to our clients HSE requirements
• Required to undertake investigations
• Conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings
• Promote HSE awareness across the site and provide visible site safety leadership
• Input and analysing safety reports and HSE statistics

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in health and safety (minimum Cert IV)
• Incident investigation qualifications (ICAM preferred)
• First Aid qualifications (minimum Provide First Aid with current CPR)
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and safety reporting software)
• Training and Assessment qualifications (minimum Cert IV TAE essential)
• OHS Construction Industry Card (White Card / Blue Card)
• Good interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HSE Advisor or equivalent in mining/civil industry
